Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy:

TIMEX Japan will take full responsibility and offer the refund of a purchased item(s) if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically faulty/dysfunction or damaged and the fault/damage amounts to a major failure of the product. We or the distributor will determine the extent of the failure.
  • The incorrect item was shipped or does not match the represented description and/or images of the item.
  • The item was out of stock or unavailable at the time the order was placed.

Returns are subject to our prior approval. Our customer services team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.

To begin the returns process please email sales@timexjapan.com, within 7 days of original purchase to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

The returns fee will be deducted from your return, return fees differ by location. Duty costs refund is subject to claim to your local Tax Office. Returns are credited to the original form of payment, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order, less shipping:

  • Please return the watch in the original box with all original packing material, manuals and any other materials that came with the watch.
  • For your protection, we recommend you insure your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive.
  • All returns must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds for watches that show signs of use or that have been modified.
  • Returns after 7 days and worn watches are subject to our standard Warranty Policy. See Warranty Information in product instructions for details. Timex reserves the right to qualify excessive use for a damaged product.
  • Customized items are crafted with care and engraved items are made specifically for individuals. Engraved items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchange.


Cancellation/Exchange:
