We use EMS for all orders. We process and ship the goods within about 5 working days except weekends and local holidays.
To US Customers:

To Customers in France:
From 1 March 2026, France applies a processing tax on some low value imports customs cleared in France. The charge is based on the number of items, and may be collected at delivery.

Due to recent disruptions to international shipping, Japan Post announced expecting substantial delays and longer lead-time to most shipping to Europe, Middle East and Africa. Please expect substantial delays and/or Japan Post may return the goods to sender.

We are currently using a international flat rate shipping of JPY2,400/approx. US$17.00 for eligible destinations. This applies to all orders submitted beyond January 8th 2025 based on JST (Japan Standard Time) until furtner notice of its termination.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY
Items for delivery to countries outside of Japan may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. For any parcel/courier shipped outside of Japan, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package.
