This year marks a milestone anniversary for both TIMEX and UNIVERSAL OVERALL. To celebrate, we are launching the third collaboration item: a special long-sleeve pocket T-shirt.
The base body is a slightly thick oatmeal-colored long-sleeve T-shirt, made from 100% cotton by UNIVERSAL OVERALL featuring unique details for this collaboration.
1. Slit on the left sleeve
At first glance, the sleeve looks pretty normal, but it features a special slit designed to let you view your watch without rolling up your sleeve. This detail is inspired by the roots of UNIVERSAL OVERALL which was born as a workwear brand.
2. Trompe-l'œil watch Print on the right sleeve
The right sleeve features a trompe-l'œil print that makes it look of you’re wearing a watch. When looking the watch closer, the time displayed is “1984” - the founding year of TIMEX which is celebrates 170th anniversary this year. The calendar section above shows “1924” - is the 100th anniversary of UNIVERSAL OVERALL.
3. Reflective detail in the trompe-l'œil Print
The strap of the printed watch features the UNIVERSAL OVERALL logo in reflective material. This subtle yet functional detail ensures visibility in the dark, making it practical for both camping and everyday wear.
